Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page sets out the cancellation and refund terms for all services and products offered by Caelum Mountain LLC.

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel services, retainers, subscriptions, and digital product orders with Caelum Mountain LLC (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). It forms part of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel any service, retainer, or subscription, send a written cancellation request to info@caelummountain.online with your company name and the service you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day.

3. Fixed-Scope Projects

  • You may cancel a fixed-scope project in writing before any work commences and receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, but you may terminate the engagement at any time; you will be billed only for work completed up to the termination date.
  • Accepted milestones are final and non-refundable.

4. Monthly IT Retainer

  • You may cancel a monthly IT retainer with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No further charges apply after the notice period ends.
  • Unused retainer hours are refundable within 30 days of the billing period.

5. Consulting Services

  • Hourly consulting may be cancelled at any time with written notice.
  • You are billed only for hours actually worked up to the cancellation date.
  • Unused pre-purchased consulting blocks are refundable within 30 days.

6. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads (toolkits, guides) are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled or returned once delivered.
  • If a file is corrupted or not received, contact us and we will re-send or refund.

7. IT Systems Review (Audit)

  • You may cancel the IT Systems Review before delivery of the report and receive a full refund.
  • Once the report has been delivered and the walkthrough completed, the purchase is non-refundable.

8. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we will stop all further work and billing. Any deliverables completed up to the cancellation date remain your property per the Terms of Service. Third-party costs incurred on your behalf remain payable.
