Digital Delivery Policy

All software outputs, source code, documentation, and IT services provided by Caelum Mountain LLC are delivered purely digitally — via email, cloud storage links, or a client portal. No physical shipping is involved.

Caelum Mountain LLC (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”) delivers all products and services digitally. We do not ship physical goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive your purchase.

2. Digital Products (Downloads)

  • Template toolkits and PDF guides are delivered instantly by email as downloadable files upon successful payment.
  • Delivery is typically immediate (within minutes) but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases due to payment processing or email delivery delays.
  • If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, contact us at info@caelummountain.online and we will re-send it.
  • Products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct.

3. IT Systems Review (Audit Service)

  • The IT Systems Review is a one-time service delivered as a written report within 5 business days of purchase.
  • Delivery includes a 30-minute walkthrough call scheduled at your convenience.
  • If the report is not delivered within 14 calendar days, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

4. Software Development & IT Services

  • Custom software development, IT consulting, and managed IT services are delivered according to the written Statement of Work (SOW) agreed with the client.
  • Deliverables are provided digitally (source code repositories, documentation, deployments) per the agreed milestones.
  • Monthly IT retainers are billed in advance and services are rendered continuously throughout the billing period.

5. No Physical Shipping

Because all products and services are digital, no shipping fees apply and no physical delivery address is required. There are no shipping carriers involved.
